Beautiful waterfront property, half an hour travel from airport, in a safe residential area, 5 minutes walk from the main road. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, with a pool and garden facing the backwater. Hotel provides free pick up from airport, and easy to get a Uber to return airport, within rupees 1000.. Its a great place to take a break during transit in Colombo . Staffs are helpful, food is satisfactory, with some Srilankan cuisine, but on costlier side compared to Colombo standard. I had an early check in at 6am, had to pay extra, again had to request to include complementary breakfast, though I was solo, and having 2 breakfast included in my booking. Met their GM Mr Thushar, a helpful gentleman, careful in keeping high standards for the property.

The staff here were fantastic. We just stayed one night after flying in and arrived late but the staff welcomed us warmly and even gave us a room upgrade! The room was big and well appointed with a beautiful view. The breakfast was fantastic with local dishes and western options.

My father and I had a delightful time during our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite room. The suite itself was flawless, boasting stunning views of the sunset and lagoon, along with impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities we could ask for. The pool was a fantastic addition that we thoroughly enjoyed. Despite booking last-minute, I was able to secure a spa appointment. Sofia, the therapist, provided an outstanding facial and head massage. Menaka provided us with exceptional service, especially with arranging a taxi to the airport. We will certainly return in the future. Thank you for the outstanding service! 👏🏽

The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great. Special thanks to ' Sachini ' in the reception for the special welcome smile. And All the receptionist are very helpful Menaka , Malika ,Kusal and dhushanti. For Giving me that feelings as we are not just guest but Family. Housekeeping staffs are very helpful and everyday come and clean my room.. very helpful in everything.. Amagi Aria Hotel General Manager , Resident Manager , All the manager and staffs are very friendly and ready to response in anytime.Special thanks to F n B Manager krishantha , Devindi Sadunika , Madhura sathsara for the special treat when ever I go to the restaurant. Ishara , samadhi , tharushi , dilshan , chathushka , shashik , janaka , anjana , imasha thank you all for the services given.. highly recommended..

Great location if you’re just arriving/leaving, good place for a one night stay. Nice pool. Big clean room and lovely shower. Fit for purpose.

Good mix of Western and Srilankan food, I and my wife loved the Srilankan food!! The resort faces the Negombo lagoon and we took a motorboat ride with Deva to the wetlands, it was very peaceful and tranquil with lots of birds, monkeys and also one moniter lizard. The peace and quiet of this resort takes away all the tension, and helps me relax and plan.
